This will probably be the last message which you will receive from me as Administrator of SALSC as I will be retiring on 31st April and I would like to take this opportunity to say a sincere thanks to you and your Council for the help and support which I have received over the last 12 years.

It has, indeed, been a pleasure to continue my association with SALSC and all of our Sports Councils. It does not seem 38 years since I took up the role of Secretary of East Kilbride Sports Council and thereafter got involved with Jock Watt and the late Bob Crawford in establishing SALSC. To see how Sports Councils and SALSC have developed is a pleasure with many great memories.

While I will be retiring as Administrator, it is with great pleasure that I have accepted an invitation from Chairman Jim Conn and the new Board to join them as a Board member and now look forward to maintaining my interest in the development of SALSC in the future.
