The North Region Girls Football League (NRGFL) in partnership with The Moray Council, Aberdeenshire Council and the SFA are looking to recruit a committed individual to the above post. This exciting opportunity will be based in Keith but will be responsible for increasing participation in football amongst girls and young women across the Moray and Aberdeenshire geographical areas.

The remit includes:

Preparation of a development plan aimed at increasing participation;
Delivering on this plan;
Support for the NRGFL in developing opportunities for girls and young women to participate in football; and
Establishing a network of coaches, referees and volunteers engaged in girls and young women’s football.

Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years experience working in a sports development environment and a passion for the development of girls and young women’s football. An ability to enthuse others in this regard is essential.

You must have a relevant qualification in Sport or Physical Education and a level 2 Football Coaching Certificate.
