Golfers, associated with the Scottish Disability Golf Partnership, are invited to participate in this inaugural 3-day Pan-Disability Open Golf Championship. To enter, please complete the entry form below and return to the address shown, before 28th May 2008.

The package on offer to golfers is as follows - three days of golf at St Michaels Golf Club, Leuchars, Fife, which includes, one practise round/Cel-am of golf (18 holes, two rounds of golf for the Open Championship (18 holes per day, two nights accommodation at the Craw’s Nest Hotel Anstruther (one Bed & Breakfast and one Dinner, Bed & Breakfast), one golf clubhouse meal and one Civic Reception, coach travel too and from the golf club and Hotel and prizes for gross and net winners. Open entry costs only £50 per golfer.

If a golfer has the essential requirement of a caddie, they will also be accommodated. Caddies do not play at this event. A recognised 18-hole golf handicap is required for the Open Championship players. Accommodations will be on a twin or double room basis only.

To register your interest in the Open championship, just fill in your details below and return the form with a non-refundable cheque payment, for £50 for the whole package, made payable to “VONEF Special Projects” and send it to Scottish Disability Sport, Caledonia House, South Gyle, Edinburgh EH12 9DQ, before the closing date of 28th May. Places may be limited, so it will be first-come, first served.
