2nd Commonwealth Sports Development Conference

12-13 June 2008, Mitchell Library, Glasgow

A practical two-day conference designed for sports practitioners of all levels and policy makers, which focuses on how sport and development projects can raise grass-roots participation and create pathways to excellence.

Workshops, plenary sessions, question and answer opportunities along with panel discussions form the structure of the event, with contributions from an exciting list of speakers from around the Commonwealth.

The Commonwealth Sports Awards will be incorporated into the Conference Dinner and Ceilidh on Thursday 12 June - an opportunity to enjoy some real Scottish hospitality.
