NEWSSALSCMaking Registration Simple – A Quick QuestionnaireAs we look to the forthcoming SALSC AGM and Conference it has started me thinking about how we ask our members (i.e. YOU) to complete forms and provide payment. As an administrator myself I know how some organisations make this process simple and painless while others seem set to make it as complicated and frustrating as possible with the latter leaving you with a poor impression of that organisation. As such, I would be keen to get your thoughts on what would be simplest for you when doing, what should in theory be, a simple task. Please click on http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/6C3NVPK and complete a very short questionnaire (with only 5 tick box questions!). We are currently in the process of revising the SALSC Membership for 2010/11 and the information you provide through this questionnaire will help us in selecting the right format(s) for doing this. The information you provide will also inform us whether or not we need to review the booking system used by our members and partners for the SALSC Conference in 2011. We look forward to hearing your thoughts.
